Rilsan® FMNO is a natural Polyamide produced from a renewable source. It is unreinforced and designed for injection molding or melt spinning process.

The percentage of renewable carbon according to ASTM D 6866 is >98%.

Injection molding
Melt spinning process conditions:

- Head & spinning typical melt temperature (Min / Recommended / Max) : 220°C / 230°C - 250°C / 260°C-270°C.


Injection process conditions:

- Typical melt temperature (Min / Recommended / Max) : 230°C / 250°C / 270°C.
- Mold temperature : 10 - 60°C


Drying time and temperature (only necessary for bags opened for more than two hours) : 4-6 hours at 60-80°C.
