Elastollan 565 AP is a polyester based TPU

SPECIAL PROPERTIES
plasticized, with excellent mechanical properties, phthalate-free
Processable by injection moulding.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
shoe applications

OTHER HINTS
predrying: 3h at 90 - 110°C (air cirulating oven) or 75 - 85°C (dehumidified air dryer)
max. content of humidity before processing: 0,02%
annealing: 20 h at 100°C in order to get optimum properties
