Pebax® Clear 1200 resin combines a high transparency level with the excellent performance of Pebax® thermoplastic elastomer resin.

Pebax® Clear 1200 resin is produced from a renewable source and has a bio-based carbon content of 94% according ASTM D6866 (measurments).

  • Sports equipment

Packaging:
This grade is delivered dried in sealed packaging (25 kg bags).

Shelf life:
Two years from the date of delivery.  For any use above this limit, please refer to our technical services.

Processing conditions:

- Typical melt temperature (Min / Recommended / Max) : 250°C / 270°C / 290°C.
- Typical mold temperature (mirror polish to get the optimum transparency) : 50–70°C.
- Drying time and temperature (only necessary for bags opened for more than two hours) : 4-6 hours at 80°C.
