Platamid® M 1276 Powder is thermoplastic co-polyamide hot-melt adhesive available in powder form. This medium melt viscosity grade is particularly suitable for fusible interlinings.
Platamid® M 1276 Powder offers a very good adhesion to various polar substrates (thermoplastics, thermosets, metal, natural fibers, etc).
In addition, Platamid® M 1276 Powder also exhibits strong adhesion onto rigid and plasticized PVC as well as ABS, epoxy resin, PU etc.
Platamid® M 1276 Powder has an excellent dry cleaning resistance and washing resistance up to 40°C.
According to ASTM D6866, the biobased carbon content is measured at 26%.
AVAILABLE GRADES
This grade is available in different grain sizes:
- Platamid® M 1276 PA80 (0-80 µm paste dot)
- Platamid® M 1276 PA 300/80 (80-300 µm scatter)
- Platamid® M 1276 PRA 170 (0-170 µm double dot)
PACKAGING
- Platamid® M 1276 PA80, Platamid® M 1276 PA 300/80, and Platamid® M 1276 PRA 170 are delivered in 20 kgs sealed bags.
